Wonderful rustic Finca, pure essence of nature and freedom with impressive 360 degrees views over the Delta del Ebro, fisher village, sea and the mountains.
The Finca is a very calm place, where you can't hear any noise nor other signs of modern civilisation. The wonderful skies and light during day time can only be outreached by the impressive night sky, because of no light pollution at all, it's a unique show of a starry sky all night until the blood red sun rises up from the sea and a new day starts with singing birds surrounding you. It is not a coincidence that the Dalai Lama owns a finca very close to this one because of the spiritual essence of this area.
FINCA MIALMA…..MUCH MORE THAN JUST A PARKING SPACE
The finca is 4km away from the village and the sea and can be reached by a paved wide road. The finca has 12'000m2 divided in 5 large main terraces with olive, pine and almond trees so that every spot has its own ambience, view and privacy. We don't accept more than 10 guests, so that every guest has enough space to feel free and undisturbed.There are no size limits nor restricted access time. We provide fresh water supply and electricity supply to every single spot. So no extension hose or cord are necessary. Also all spots have wireless internet connection.
here are picnic tables all around the finca for our guests. Also there are swings and a trampoline and a lot of space to run around for the kids. Because of the entirely fenced finca, there is no danger for your little ones or your pets to get lost. There is a swimming pool with lounge chairs free to use for all our guests. If you bring any additional vehicles or trailers (Boat, Quad,) with you, there is enough space to park them and we will not charge you for that.
THE ROLLING HOUSE
On our finca we have also a 10m trailer converted in a tiny house with full kitchen, beds for 4 people, salon, TV, toilet, shower and a wonderful terrace and barbecue and has its own fenced spot and with own gates within the Finca, where there is enough space to park a caravan or similar. It can be the perfect combination to bring with you more family members than they are able to live and sleep in your own caravan. VERY USEFUL FEATURES AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES
There is an electric entry main gate and every guest will receive a remote control for opening the gate. The gate will close automatically after 90 seconds. The entire Finca is completely fenced by a 2m high fence and there is private 24/365 security guard in the Finca. The basic guard’s tasks are to guaranty the security of our guest and their belongings and the access control. In case of emergencies like health problems or accidents our guard will bring our guest to the hospital and if necessary will assist them in case they don’t speak Spanish. Also he will help them out with minor mechanical or technical problems that can occur during the stay with the car, caravan, mobile home etc. Our guard speaks fluently, Spanish, Catalan, German, Swiss-german, French and Italian
A VERY HANDY OPTION FOR YOUR VEHICLE
We can also arrange an official and certificated mechanic, Mauricio comes with his full equipped truck to our finca and fixes your vehicle on-site. Many of our clients take advantage of this service and order a car service, of course booked in advance. Simply, because they don’t want to waste additional time on a mechanical workshop or interrupt their journey because of some problem that occurred during the ride. So they can enjoy the full time of their holidays, knowing that their vehicle will be in best conditions or repaired when they will leave our finca.
ACTIVITIES
The area of the Delta del Ebro is very rich of all kind of activities during the entire year. Beside of the traditional beach activities in summer, we offer you guided jetski, paddle surf and Efoil trips. For the more adventure type of guest we offer flyboard classes and offshore jetski and QUAD trips. We organise bird watching trips in the Delta del Ebro.
